The Upgraded Power Node Is Here
PAI34 min read·Just now--
Two versions. Two price points. One deadline: June 1st.
Something has shifted in the last twelve months that no one in enterprise technology is ignoring.
The organizations that once assumed cloud AI was the only viable path are quietly, urgently, looking for the exit. Not because the technology failed them — but because they’ve started doing the math on what it actually costs to hand your most sensitive data to infrastructure you’ll never own, never fully audit, and never truly control.
Doctors who can’t risk a HIPAA breach. Law firms whose entire value is the confidentiality of what they know. Financial institutions sitting on data that is, functionally, the most valuable thing they have. These aren’t edge cases anymore. They’re the mainstream.
PAI3 was built for exactly this moment. And today, the Power Node that delivers it just became significantly more capable.
What’s New
The Upgraded Power Node ships with substantially more cabinet capacity, much faster compute, and more overall capability than anything we’ve built before — in the same compact, five-minute deployment footprint.
The cabinet upgrade isn’t incremental. It’s the kind of step-change that changes what’s possible on a single node — more encrypted storage, more room to build, more capacity to run the AI workloads your organization actually needs, entirely within your own walls.
The compute upgrade matches it. Faster processing means more capable AI — better performance on clinical workflows, legal document analysis, financial modeling, custom agent deployment. Everything runs harder, and none of it leaves your facility.
Same hardware profile. Completely different league.
Understanding Your Options Before June 1st
Here’s what you need to know clearly before you decide.
Orders placed at the current price of $34,557 will receive the original Power Node — the same proven, enterprise-grade hardware that PAI3 has shipped since launch, with 25,000 encrypted cabinets, hardware-level encryption, and five-minute deployment. It is not the Upgraded Power Node. If you want the upgraded specs — the substantially larger cabinets and faster compute described above — that version is priced at $38,013, effective June 1st.
Both nodes are sovereign AI infrastructure. Both run entirely on-premise. Both give you complete data ownership. The difference is capability ceiling — and that decision is yours to make with full information.
The current price closes on June 1st. The upgraded specs open on the same date.
The Wait Is Now Earning Time
We want to be direct about something.
Demand for private, sovereign AI infrastructure has accelerated beyond our own projections. The global move away from cloud — driven by compliance pressure, high-profile data exposure, and a fundamental shift in how organizations think about AI risk — has pushed delivery timelines out. We know that creates friction for buyers who are ready to move.
Qualifying node operators will begin earning network participation grants from the day of purchase — not the day of delivery. Your position in the network is active from the moment your order is confirmed. The time between purchase and arrival isn’t dead time. It’s contribution time.
That’s not a consolation. It’s a structural change — one that reflects how seriously we take the commitment our node operators are making.
The Bigger Picture
There are 3,141 Power Nodes. That number is permanent — a hard cap, not a marketing constraint. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
The organizations claiming their nodes right now aren’t doing it speculatively. They’re doing it because they’ve watched the alternative play out — the vendor dependency, the escalating subscription costs, the quiet erosion of data control that comes with every cloud renewal — and they’ve decided ownership is the only rational answer.
The Upgraded Power Node is the most capable version of that answer we’ve ever built.
Next Week
There’s a second announcement coming — one specifically designed for a subset of potential node owners who are closer to this decision than they might realize.
If you own certain high-end hardware already, next week’s news is for you.
Know your options. Make your call.
The original Power Node is available now at $34,557 — proven, sovereign, enterprise-grade. The Upgraded Power Node arrives June 1st at $38,013 with substantially more cabinet capacity and faster compute.
Both options close a chapter on cloud dependency.

PAI3 does not guarantee any token reward, grant, or emission to any participant under any circumstances. All token distributions are subject to network conditions, node performance, compliance status, and PAI3 platform rules. Qualifying node operators may receive a network participation grant of up to 150,000 PAI3 tokens; this is not a guaranteed allocation and is conditional on active node operation and network contribution. Tokens are not financial instruments; no return on investment is implied or promised. All grants are subject to the terms of the signed Power Node Agreement.
