DipCoin Referral Program Launch Announcement

Dear DipCoin Users,

To further enhance the platform’s user growth mechanism and boost trading ecosystem activity, DipCoin has officially launched the Referral Program.

Users can participate via the dedicated entry:

By inviting friends to trade, users can continuously earn commissions based on their trading activity.

This program will be launched without affecting any existing trading functions. All platform services remain fully operational.

I. Referral Mechanism & Commission Rate

1. Referral Structure

DipCoin adopts a single-level referral system:

• Users can only earn commissions from their direct referrals
• Multi-level or indirect commissions are not supported

2. Commission Rate

• Referrers earn 25% commission on the actual trading fees paid by their direct referrals

II. Commission Calculation & Settlement Rules

2.1 Scope of Calculation

Commissions are calculated based on the following fees generated by direct referrals:

Included:

• Perpetual trading fees
• Vault-related fees

Excluded:

• Liquidation fees
• Negative fees (rebates)
• Fee discounts / VIP discount portions

2.2 Settlement Rules

• Tracking Period: Daily 00:00–23:59 (UTC)
• Settlement Cycle: Daily
• Distribution Time: T+1

After settlement:

• Users must connect their wallet to manually claim commissions
• Commissions will be distributed on-chain to the connected wallet address

III. Examples

Scenario 1: Perpetual Trading Commission

Assumptions:

• User B is your direct referral
• User C is B’s direct referral
• Date: April 10, 2026 (UTC)

Trading Fees Paid:

• User B: 1,000 USDC
• User C: 1,000 USDC

Your Earnings:

• 1,000 × 25% = 250 USDC (from User B)

User B’s Earnings:

• 1,000 × 25% = 250 USDC (from User C)

Settlement Result (April 11, 2026 UTC):

• You: 250 USDC (pending claim)
• User B: 250 USDC (pending claim)

Scenario 2: Vault Fee Commission

Date: April 10, 2026 (UTC)

Vault Fee Allocation (based on share snapshot):

• User B: 100 USDC
• User C: 100 USDC

Your Earnings:

• 100 × 25% = 25 USDC (from User B)

User B’s Earnings:

• 100 × 25% = 25 USDC (from User C)

Settlement Result (April 11, 2026 UTC):

• You: 25 USDC (pending claim)
• User B: 25 USDC (pending claim)

IV. Additional Notes

• Commissions apply only to direct referrals
• All commission data is subject to the platform’s final system records
• DipCoin reserves the right of final interpretation of this program

V. Effective Time

The Referral Program will take effect on:

April 16, 2026, 00:00 (UTC)
