The initiative follows a renewed commitment for up to USD $850 million in project development funding and credit enhancement to support aviation infrastructure

UNITY Token ($TUNIT) will serve as the blockchain-powered tokenization layer behind the
aviation ecosystem, helping bridge digital finance with real-world transportation infrastructure.
The project is expected to introduce advanced aviation technologies, upgraded logistics systems,
streamlined cargo operations, and future direct international flight routes connecting Liberia to
key destinations across Africa and the world.
The redevelopment initiative includes:
• Modernization of the James Spriggs Payne Airport and regional support airfields
• Expansion of passenger, cargo, and charter airline services
• Advanced aviation logistics and operational technology
• Aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, and inspection facilities
• Aviation training and certification infrastructure
• Enhanced compliance and safety systems aligned with global aviation standards
• Aviation Personal Training Institution (APTI) Development.

According to the commitment letter, the aviation expansion will support the redevelopment of the James Spriggs Payne Airport and the restart of continental, regional, and international
