Today, Sentora published a very detailed paper about our vision for AI-first vault curation. This is an area that we started working on a few months ago and have some major releases coming up. Our core thesis is that the winning DeFi products of the next cycle will not be the ones with the most manual oversight. They will be the ones that can translate human policy into machine-speed risk management.

The market has changed shape

For most of financial history, the speed of markets was still bounded by the speed of humans. Traders shouted, committees met, portfolio managers reviewed dashboards, and risk teams adjusted limits in batches. The machinery of finance was fast, but it was still legible to human operators.

That is no longer true in DeFi. Lending is moving from monolithic pools to modular, isolated markets; risk is becoming more granular; and yield is increasingly produced by routing capital across a dense network of protocol-specific opportunities.
