Strategic Update: QANplatform Integrates with Government and Enterprise Solutions
QANplatform2 min read·Just now--
We are pleased to share a significant milestone in the evolution of QANplatform. Following a period of focused strategic discussions, we are preparing to incorporate QAN’s technology into two major products. Both of these solutions are specifically targeting government, finance and enterprise use cases. Notably, one of these products has already secured a signed government pilot.
The Decision to Rebase
The reason for the limited technology updates over the last few months was the ongoing negotiation regarding these integration possibilities. These integrations require a solid Ethereum-based foundation, necessitating a slight overhead in the form of a rebasing process.
This decision is driven by the current landscape of blockchain adoption in the public and enterprise sectors. While blockchain technology is still not universally familiar in these industries, Ethereum-based solutions remain the most widely accepted standard. From an operational and HR perspective, organizations find it easier to migrate, upgrade, and hire talent for Ethereum-based infrastructure compared to other specialized chains. By aligning with this standard, we ensure a smoother path for our partners.
Core Values Remain Unchanged
While this represents an internal structural change, it is important to clarify that the core values and promises of QANplatform remain exactly the same.
• QVM and EVM Compatibility: The QVM is here to stay and remains a core part of the stack. The Ethereum compatibility will actually be enhanced, as we will be utilizing Ethereum components directly for the EVM.
• Quantum Security: The core promise of quantum-secure blockchain operations, enabled by XLINK alongside Ethereum compatibility, remains a key pillar of our solution.
• Enterprise Focus: Our design principles continue to prioritize integrations for enterprise and government sectors.
Next Steps and Roadmap
With these strategic agreements finalized, our immediate focus shifts to execution. The plan involves discussing the rebasing strategy with our internal development team. Parallel to this, we will engage with our auditor team.
We anticipate that this transition will not prolong the timeline for the final integration audit. Since the Ethereum core is a well-known concept and utilizes established libraries familiar to most auditors, the audit process is expected to proceed efficiently. Once the audit agreements are confirmed, the rebasing will be executed.
Looking Ahead
Alongside these technical developments, we are committed to improving our communication. We will resume releasing monthly recaps that provide a more in-depth and accessible look at the processes driving these integrations. Our goal is to move forward together toward launching the MainNet with these significant use cases from the ground up.
Thank you for your continued attention and support.
