None of Us Builds Alone
Before anything else, thank you. To my family — my daughter, my parents, my partner, my siblings, my extended family — my friends, my community, my clients, my collaborators, and the people who have encouraged me, challenged me, referred me, trusted me, corrected me, invested in me, and believed in me: thank you. I do not take any of it for granted.
Because this essay is about building. What we are building, what we are failing to build, and what kind of ecosystems this next era of technology will require from us.
Purpose First, Technology Second
The defining question of this new era is not whether technology will become more powerful. It will. The defining question is whether more people will actually be able to use that power well.
