McLaren Racing joins Hedera Council
McLaren Racing has joined Hedera Council, bringing one of the world’s most recognized motorsport brands into the network’s governing body. As a Council member, McLaren Racing will contribute to Hedera’s governance and network operations while exploring new digital engagement models for its global fan base spanning more than 180 countries.
Building on its existing partnership with Hedera, McLaren Racing has also launched a series of digital collectibles on Hedera tied to key moments across the Formula 1 and IndyCar seasons. These initiatives show how Hedera’s enterprise-grade infrastructure supports scalable, accessible digital fan experiences, with more activations and ecosystem collaboration planned throughout the year.

HashSphere picked as infrastructure provider for Australia’s Project Acacia
HashSphere, Hashgraph’s private, permissioned network built with Hedera technology, played a core role in Project Acacia, Australia’s national initiative exploring digital money in wholesale tokenized asset markets. Led by the Reserve Bank of Australia and DFCRC, the project tested 24 use cases, 19 involving real-world transactions, across asset classes including fixed income and trade receivables.
Selected for its suitability in regulated environments, HashSphere enabled institutions to issue and manage digital assets while maintaining interoperability with public networks and existing payment rails, including Australia’s New Payments Platform.

Wyoming Frontier Stable Token (FRNT) now live on Hedera
Wyoming’s Frontier Stable Token (FRNT), the first U.S. state-issued stable token, is now live on Hedera, with tokens minted on the Hedera EVM. The launch marks a significant step in bringing regulated, public-sector digital dollars into production, supporting faster and more transparent value transfer.

Hedera integrates USDT0 for crosschain stablecoin liquidity
USDT0, the omnichain deployment of Tether’s USDT, is now live on Hedera, introducing native, frictionless stablecoin liquidity without wrapped assets or third-party bridges. Built on LayerZero’s OFT standard, it enables seamless crosschain movement of dollar liquidity, connecting Hedera to a growing network of chains, wallets, and DeFi protocols.
