1. Introduction
CardBox is a comprehensive TCG platform integrating Gacha purchases, NFT card trading, grading, and vaulting. This guide will walk you through the entire process, from registration to card withdrawal: registering and claiming your welcome pack, purchasing Gacha packs, choosing to instant sell or list on the secondary market after unboxing, and finally withdrawing cards to an external wallet or requesting physical shipping.
What you will learn:
- How to register and claim your welcome pack
- How to purchase Gacha packs and choose a payment method
- How to instant sell or list cards on the secondary market after unboxing
- How to withdraw cards to an external wallet or request physical shipping
2. Step 1: Registration & Claiming the Welcome Pack
On the CardBOX homepage, click “Sign up” in the top right corner to enter the registration process. Upon successful registration, a welcome pack pop-up will appear: you will receive a free Gacha pack that can be opened immediately.
- Step 1: Click “Sign up” and complete the registration (email, password, verification code, etc., subject to the actual product interface).
- Step 2: After successful registration, a gift pop-up will display a chest icon and the prompt “You’ve received a free pack — claim it now.”
- Step 3: Click “Open pack now” to initiate the unboxing process. Once the animation finishes, your revealed card will be displayed.
- Step 4: On the settlement page, you can choose to exchange the card for a voucher by clicking “Sell for X USDT Voucher.”
After confirming the exchange, a “Voucher Received” notification page will appear. You can click “Go to Gacha” to continue purchasing, or “Return” to go back to the homepage.
3. Step 2: Purchasing Gacha Packs
Click “CardBOX” on the sidebar to access the Gacha list.
- Step 1: Select a Gacha series that interests you from the list or details page. Each Gacha displays information such as the cover image, price, and the cards it contains.
- Step 2: Select the purchase quantity and confirm the total price. Three payment methods are supported:
- Step 3: Confirm payment and complete the transaction. If the balance is insufficient, a prompt to top up or connect a wallet will appear. Upon successful purchase, you will directly enter the unboxing process.
- Step 4: After the unboxing animation, the card will be routed to either your internal or external wallet based on your payment method: cards purchased via external wallets go to the external wallet; cards purchased via internal wallet or fiat go to the internal wallet.
4. Step 3: Selling Cards (Instant Sell & Secondary Market)
Cards obtained from unboxing can be sold in two ways: Instant Sell or Secondary Market Listing.
4.1 Instant Sell
“Instant Sell” allows you to sell cards directly to platform partners. The proceeds are instantly converted to balance, making the process fast and simple. Any card obtained from a Gacha pack can be instantly sold at the same estimated value within one week of acquisition.
- Step 1: Locate the “Instant Sell” entry on the unboxing settlement page, or within your Inventory/Card Details.
- Step 2: Select the card(s) you wish to sell (multi-selection supported). If the card is vaulted on the platform, the balance will go to your internal wallet; if the card is in an external wallet, the balance will go to your external wallet.
- Step 3: Confirm the estimated value and the net amount received, then click confirm. Upon sale, the balance is credited instantly and can be used to purchase more Gacha packs or trade on the secondary market.
4.2 Secondary Market Listing
If you prefer to set your own price and sell to other users, you can list the card on the secondary market.
- Step 1: Go to your Inventory or Card Details and select “List”.
- Step 2: Enter your selling price. The system will display the platform fee and a preview of your net earnings. Confirm and submit the listing.
- Step 3: Once successfully listed, the card will appear in the secondary market list where other users can browse and purchase it. After the transaction is complete, card ownership transfers to the buyer, and the seller receives the corresponding balance.
5. Step 4: Withdrawing Cards (Physical Shipping & External Wallet)
You can withdraw your owned cards in two ways: physical shipping or withdrawal to an external wallet.
5.1 Physical Shipping
Applicable to physical cards vaulted by the platform. Fill in your shipping address and pay the shipping fee, and the platform will dispatch the card to you.
- Step 1: Go to the “Withdraw Card” page, accessible from the sidebar or your User Center.
- Step 2: Click “Add Card” to select the card(s) you wish to ship from your Inventory and add them to the withdrawal list.
- Step 3: Select or add a new shipping address. The system displays your default address, which you can click to modify or switch.
- Step 4: Confirm the shipping and handling fees, then click “Confirm Withdrawal” to submit. Once processed, the platform will ship the card, and you can track the logistics status in your history.
6. Conclusion
Congratulations! You have now mastered the core workflows of CardBOX: Registration → Claiming the Welcome Pack → Purchasing Gacha → Unboxing → Instant Sell or Secondary Market Listing → Card Withdrawal (Physical Shipping or External Wallet).
